Shaun serves as Senior Vice President of Global Supply, responsible for leading strategy and outputs for Lightspeed’s double-opt-in panels and member services. She joined the organization with Lightspeed Health in 2017 as Director, Global Healthcare Panels, where she successfully doubled the response rates of newly recruited physicians by modernizing Lightspeed Health’s panel recruitment strategy and refocused recruitment efforts across key specialties.
Prior to joining Lightspeed, Shaun served as Lucid’s Panel Member Director. There, she successfully oversaw panel performance and quality, while managing vendor relations, panel expansion, and sample supplier quality. She held the same post at Hall & Partners prior to Lucid’s acquisition of their panel operations acquisition in 2016. In addition, Hawley spent six years in panel management roles at Ipsos/Synovate and three years at CareerBuilder.
Shaun earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Journalism from University of Oklahoma.
