Laura has spent the last decade in the market research industry, working across EMEA, the US and most recently APAC.

Through her last role as VP of Operations, leading delivery teams in Asia-Pacific, Laura has a strong background in delivery. With her focus on Innovation and Product Development at Lightspeed GMI, Laura and her team have developed a number of offerings that enable clients to achieve more through their research programs. Her understanding of what it means to offer excellent customer service and experience of working across multiple Asian markets ensure she can translate APAC research needs into meaningful solutions for clients.

Laura holds a Masters in Applied Translation and Linguistics, as well as qualifications in Management, Six sigma and Finance. She is currently studying for an Advertising qualification.
