Marissa Kimball

Client Operations Team Lead, East Region

Marissa Kimball joined Lightspeed in April 2012 and served as a Client Operations Coordinator and Client Operations Team Lead for the east region through 2015. Marissa was responsible for providing essential direction for a full-range of client services. She specialized in creative targeting and provides training for her team, and possesses a huge wealth of knowledge on specific areas of operations including CO feasibility and brokerage info. Marissa also served as fundraising chairperson for the Marlborough office’s Bigger Than Lightspeed charity initiatives.

Marissa graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth Charlton College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, and completed the University of Georgia's Principles of Market Research certificate program. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in communications with a concentration in new media and marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
